Since graduating from Monash University with a double degree in Management and Marketing Damian has built up some diverse experience, first through a role in marketing for Bosch Power Tools. At the beginning of 2020 Damian joined the team at Amalgamated Casket Company (ACC) as the marketing coordinator and became the third generation of his family involved in the Australian funeral industry. In his role at ACC Damian is focused on improving the value added services offered to their clients. These services include the ACCelerate iPad application, merchandising techniques and sales analysis tools, which are all designed to further improve customer results. In order to support these services Damian assists Peter with the customer service training program that is offered to all ACC and Higgins Manufacturing customers.
