The Independent Funeral Directors Assoc Australia Incorporated was formed
approximately 10 years ago.
The philosophy behind the forming of this association was simple, to represent
the best interests of both family owned funeral homes and the public when dealing
with changes to our industry.
These changes would come from industry driven forces and also possible
government regulation that may have been fuelled by large corporate funeral
businesses.
Our members work together to ensure that the families we are called to serve
receive the best possible standard of service at the most realistic cost.
